Eiffel Tower, a Lomo Location with a Lot of Structure!
When I was in Paris, the Eiffel Tower made for an amazing Lomo subject to photograph! When I visited the Eiffel Tower, I had two cameras with me, the Diana Mini (leopard, loaded with Truprint 200) and a Minolta Dynax 5 (loaded with Lomography Redscale). I had previously been there but had not been into lomography at that time, so I thought this was the perfect moment to get some great shots!

Imagine my surprise after cross processing an expired Fuji Velvia100. Soon after getting my very first Lomo camera, an LC-A+ in December 2011, one of the first rolls that I used was an expired Fuji Velvia 100. Since Lomography is known for cross-processed images, I was eager to see the results.

The important thing is not the camera but the eye.
Alfred Eisenstaedt
A camera is both a tool and a collaborator, but without our direction, it cannot function. Eisenstaedt reminds us that our films and cameras can only take photos of what we see through our creative vision. It also emphasizes the importance of training the eye to “see” a picture before clicking the shutter.

one day i’ll look back at my life and say, “oh, to be able to pursuit the days of my youth once again” and then think, “well, i’ll always be young anyway.”
the book of Hosea illustrates the very nature of the existence of God and how He communicated with us and most of all, we can picture the vast of love that God has for us. we are like the wife of a godly prophet, who was committed to a lifelong marriage and yet, lived a life of harlotry in pursuit of her own lust and passion.
i often talk of God’s love to others but really, it is hard for me to grasp just how much He really loves us without a clear illustration. but here it is today, that God has given parents the ability to love their children, and we do not have to be one to experience the love.
